1. Definition

The following terms have specific meanings:

"we", "us" and "our" refer to Divinessence's services.

The term "you" or "your" refers to you, on your behalf and on behalf of your guests or group, collectively, the potential or actual customer, guest or group, The term "website" refers to www.mydivinessence.com.

 

 

2. Price

The price includes the booking service for face-to-face or online sessions, 1:1 sessions and group sessions.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you have made payment for your product. Once payment has been made, the price of your product is confirmed and we will not apply any surcharges.

 

 

3. Payment

In order to guarantee the reservation of an escort, you will be asked to pay 100% of the amount of your reservation before the start date. We accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer. We can also pay in instalments.

4. Booking confirmation

On receipt of your payment by the methods indicated in point (3), you will receive :

4.1. An e-mail confirming your payment within 24 hours.

4.2. An e-mail describing the details of the program booked will follow.

Please check confirmations carefully to ensure that all details of your booking are correct. Please contact us if your confirmation appears to be incorrect or incomplete and we will endeavour to make the necessary changes.

 

 

5. Cancellation policy

We are unable to offer refunds.

 

 

6. Health and safety

6.1. Health and safety standards applicable to the services provided under this contract shall be in accordance with applicable local standards.

6.2.  During our accompaniments, we practice breath work. To be permitted to participate in any Divinessence-related event or activity, you must acknowledge, understand and agree to the following:

a. Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional release. It is therefore not recommended for people with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, pacemaker use, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant physical injury or recent surgery.

b. Breathwork is not recommended for people suffering from mental illness or seizure disorders, or for those taking major medications. It is also not recommended for people with a personal or family history of aneurysm. Pregnant women are advised not to practice respiratory work without first consulting and obtaining the agreement of their attending physician. Asthma sufferers are advised to bring their own inhalers, and to consult their doctor and the respiratory work course leader.  This work is deeply experiential. It can involve intense emotional and energetic release. Breathwork is not recommended for people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

c. You fully understand and acknowledge that if you were not in good health, you would not be allowed to participate in the activities.

d. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are postpartum, you will not participate in the Activities without first discussing the risks with your physician, and you will participate in the Activities only with your doctor's full approval.

7. Special requests and medical conditions

If you have any special requests or dietary requirements, you must inform us at the time of booking. 

It is your responsibility to inform Divinessence of any relevant and/or existing medical conditions prior to booking which may render you unfit to participate and/or impact on your participation in the product booked.

You must also inform a property representative prior to commencing any activity or treatment of any medical condition that may affect it.

No refund of any kind will be made if an activity has to be cancelled for health and safety reasons.

8. Your responsibility

Please note that you are responsible for your actions and those of your group. If we consider that your actions or those of your group may constitute a danger, disruption or inconvenience to other customers, guests or staff, we may terminate your booking immediately. In this case, we will not be able to pay any compensation, make any refunds or meet any costs you may incur as a result.

9. Collection and Use of your personal datas

Personal information is collected when you contact us about a purchase, either by e-mail, telephone or message, or when you make a reservation for a product. We may also collect personal information from any online registration, including, but not limited to, on our social media pages, subscriptions, newsletters, surveys or competitions, etc. Your personal information will never be collected through any channel without your explicit consent.

The user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required for registration, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Organic Law 03/2018 of 05 December (LOPD) on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights, detailed in the privacy policy of this website.

We do not share your personal data with third-party organizations that are not involved in the fulfillment of purchases you have made from us or as described above, nor do we collaborate with, or have relationships with, companies, which serve advertisements on websites.
